Ready Stance
Feet together, left hand on sword
Draw sword across to right,
step back with right foot into left side stance,
bring sword vertically on right side, right arm parallel to ground bent 90 degrees at elbow, shoulder height
Step forward into right front stance, downward strike
Swing sword right to left parallel to ground waist high while
turning CCW 180 degrees into left cat stance
sword comes around and draws back and upward resting on left forearm, pointed downward 45 degrees
Swing sword parallel to ground across body from right to left chest high while stepping into right front stance
Swing sword diagonally from upper left to lower right.
Blood let
Step back CCW with left leg 90 degrees (facing east) while sheathing sword (not the entire way) into right cat stance
When sword is almost sheathed strike upward to right while stepping into right front stance
Step into left front stance and downward strike
Pivot 90 degrees CW into right front stance while blocking behind left shoulder with sword (body facing south, but looking left (east))
Bring left leg to back of right calf while raising sword to point upward overhead, then
make two small CCW (looking down from above at tip of sword) circles with sword tip, then
downward strike into left front stance
Keeping left front stance, straight single hand thrust to right side shoulder height.
Step back 180 degrees CW with right leg into right front stance and blood let low above right knee
Slide right foot back into parallel stance and short blood let to right (sword goes outward up and around inside and then down and snaps to outside)
Blood let (sword goes inward, up and over to the outside, downward and sweeps rapidly across body ending with end of sword near sheath)
Sheath sword while sliding right leg together to left leg.
